Refund Policy For Withdrawing Teams

31 or More Days Out

If your team withdraws from the tournament 31 or more days out, you will be issued a full refund.

30 Days Out or Less

If your team withdraws from the tournament event less than 30 days out, you will be issued a refund minus a $100 cancelation fee.

After September 17th, 2021

If your team withdraws from the event after September 17, 2021 the team will be issued a partial refund minus half your initial registration fee.

After September 30th, 2021

If your team withdraws from an event after September 30, 2021, there will be no refunds for any withdrawal this close to the event.

*CWSA Board will have final discretion on all refunds.

Weather Refund Policy

All games will be played regardless of weather with the exception of lighting/thunder or other severe weather that requires the games to stop. All efforts will be made to make up the games. No refunds will be given based on weather.

We do not insure or refund any travel cost because of a cancellation. 

COVID-19 POLICY / Pandemic or health Related Cancelations

If an event is cancelled within 7 days of kickoff due to state or federal mandates, CWSA will offer a full refund minus $100

If an event is cancelled 8 or more days out from kickoff all registration fees will be refunded in full.

If your team withdraws from the event after September 30th, 2021 due to a COIVD positive contraction or local mandate to your team, your team will be offered a full refund minus a $100 administrative fee.
