All 2nd graders will now play U-8 and Micro will be limited to K - 1st, beginning in Fall 2016 season.
Policy regarding adding players to an existing comp team for the spring season when there is a need:
The comp team coach will determine if there is a need to add players.
Players who tried out in the previous spring and scored high enough, will first be offered positions.
If there are no players who tried out and scored high enough in the last try out, the coach will personally select any new players they feel possess the appropriate skill level.
2014
If a board member misses 4 meetings out of the 12 of the year, the board can vote to remove the person from that position
Everyone must do the background checks- coaches, co-coaches, managers, even board members- everyone has to do it every season.
2013
President to be notified via any contact of all club issues, not limited to executive board
The board meeting agenda will be out 1 week before meeting and past months minutes 1 week after meeting.
